“I had a clog and a sewer snake, so I decided to do it myself. Big mistake because as I was pulling it up the snake got stuck. Called Beach to Bayou Plumbing for a after hours service call. Unfortunately the Tech wasn't able to get it removed. Today Bill returned with the owner, Steve and another tech and worked a camera up in there to find the issue and removed the snake. The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. She immediately squeezed me in the schedule and said that she would have someone there by this afternoon. She stated that I would get a text 30 minutes before a tech arrived at my condo. She also was kind enough to give a discount for being a first time customer.”

“We had to replace our hot water heaters due to new home owners. Nick was our technician, he came and installed our hot water heaters. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was as it should be. He took extra steps to assure the pipes that had to come out through the brick looked neat and clean. I’m so impressed with his workmanship and integrity. He communicated well with us every step of the way.”

“This review is long overdue! SAM is a hero to my family! That man literally came out to our home after midnight and tackled a plumbing problem that I just couldn’t overcome. Sam was courteous, diligent and effective. He worked some magic that night. To top it off- Sam literally had to dig down like a foot just to find my water main outside. I had no idea the main was so deep and buried. He literally used his bare hands at one point just to get access and shut the water off.”
